Ubuntu: attempt to read or writte outside of disk 'hd0' on xubuntu

Question:

last night I shot down pc and now got this error "attempt to read or writte outside of disk 'hd0'". Searched on forum and got this for answer.

grub rescue > ls grub rescue > ls (hd0,msdos5) # suppose this is linux grub rescue > set root=(hd0,msdos5) grub rescue > set prefix=(hd0,msdos5)/boot/grub grub rescue > insmod normal grub rescue > normal

Mine was "hd0,msdos1" and it was "filesystem ext2"... but when writte insmod normal and hit entter i got again error "attempt to read or writte outside of disk 'hd0'"

what to do to fix this?
